How can I get back to my original color (light brown with reddish bronze tints) after I am now very blonde from all the bleach highlights. My roots are about an inch out and I really want to stop bleaching and give my hair a break. I've been having a lot of breakage lately and obviously can not just let my hair grow out.haha I tried coloring over highlights before and it took to the color extremely dark, but when I went to the salon to have it done, it worked perfect. I really need to do this at home because of $$$ lately. I alread have the boxes of dye. PLEASE HELP!
