This isn't my problem just one that I've come across a few times and not exactly sure what the solution for it is and I don't expect most people to be familiar with what I'm talking about.

Whenever you try to access any internet page Internet Explorer flashes (like its refreshing) and keeps repeating itself over and over that its trying to open such and such webpage. The screen appears to flash as IE attempts to access the page over and over without any success and just seems to be caught in this loop.

I'm guessing its got something to do with advertising software trying to hijack your web browser and what not but the question is how do you fix it. Anybody else got any ideas? I have seen this before a few times but honestly can't remember how to fix it. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks.

Does this happen to you on every webpage you visit or just a particular website? The cause of the page refresh might be the code on that site and may have nothing to do with your side.

Cheers for the idea. Unfortunately its not just the code in the page it's the actual browser, I do know exactly what you mean though. I still have no idea how to fix this one but oh well :)
