Does anyone have any experience with Ford Motor Credit? We are in an open Ch. 13 Bankruptcy. We have permission from the trustee to look for a car. We have the opportunity to take over the lease on a friend's car. The lease would be with Ford Motor Credit. Will they consider us with an open Ch. 13?

Most major lenders will not enter into a loan while you are in chapter 13.

There are exceptions, and permission from the trustee is a good place to start.
