Sorry for the cross examination but need more info to answer somewhat (?) intelligently -
Yes he has a previous record for similar offence, he's an adult and not on probation.
Hello chez:
He'll get 6 months probation, and he'll have to make restitution to you.

He's also going to be charged with fraud for working while claiming job seekers allowance for about 2 years is going down for a long time?
Hello again, chez:
Well that changes everything.
He'll be sentenced to one year and one day in prison. They'll fine him $1,250, and will have 3 years of probation. Plus, he'll have to make restitution to YOU and the STATE.

Hi I live in leicester and last night went to the manilla club in the town had a few drinks but not to many went to the night club at 12 oclock paid to get in then bought a drink at the bar then went to look for my mates then suddenly a bouncer grabbed me and said I had to many drinks twisted my arm back which I thought he was going to break at the time and also broke my 80 pound new watch so I called the police waited 40 minutes then they rang back said they couldn't make it I'm still in pain with my arm and also mite have to have the day off work Monday I just wanted to know how I stand in this situation I'm as I want to claim off the night club for criminal damage and assault as there's no way people should be treated like animals
Thank you excon for your information I suppose its his own fault and I shouldn't feel guilty for pressing charges.

And personal injuries, of course. You "might" have to take the day off doesn't count. If you are injured get medical treatment and then sue the bar and/or the bouncer.
Or just go to a Police Station and file assault charges.
They will probably say you were disruptive and they removed you as quickly and quietly as possible so that no one else got involved or was injured - just so you know what their side of things will be.
I'm in the US and investigate a fair number of bar fights/bouncer "removals" here - I would assume that things are pretty much the same.
