My husband changed the tumbler belt inside that broke, then he connected
The wiring cables that go behind the timer and start button, when we press the
Start button it blows out the breaker short circuit, and doesn't start...

I hate to say this, but I think your hubby hooked the wires up wrong. It's hard to say exactly what to do, but if there is a schematic on the back of the dryer, I would follow that to verify what wires go where. If there is not, then try this one.
