I have not been sexually active until recently. I had sex with my partner for the first time on Friday July 25th. I was due for my period on July 29th. I have not gotten my period and it is now 10 days late. I am usually very regular although, last month I was 4 days late.

Is my body just changing or is it possible I am 2 weeks pregnant its just too early to tell with a urine test? I believe they say its 4 weeks to get an accurate reading with a urine test. But I am not really sure if it is even possible to get pregnant that close to your period. I am pretty sure I ovulated earlier in the month but not positive.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated...

Having sex a few days before your period is probably one of the least likely times to get pregnant... not impossible however. Odds are your period is just off. Give it another week and try another test... or wait until next month and see what happens with your period.

Before your period, on your period, after your period, 14 days in your cycle or on the pill... doesn't matter, well not with me, for me its when I am ovulating and its always varies 10 days before my period. I would think you would be in the safe zone but nothing is a guarantee. If you ovulate you will know due to discharge, that small amount of whitish stuff you see once a month avoid or use extra protection then. I think DoulasLC is right wait a little bit actually 4 days before your next periods first day and take the early test. Too early to tell, after that if it comes out negative and your still unsure go take a blood test. Chances are your just paranoid.
