    Selling my house while in chapter 13
    I filed chapter 13 last year. I am paying my mortgage outside of the bankruptcy plan.
    I have sufficient equity to pay my mortgage and still have monies left that would more than pay what is left on my bankruptcy plan. Do I get to keep this excess money?

    I wouldn't even think of this without sitting down with the Attorney who represented you and getting that legal opinion in writing.
