I have a 2001 acura cl my battery died and when I replaced it the radio locked and I do not know the code to unlock it can someone please help me.

You could try going back to the main dealer who may be able to give you some info on this.
There are people who will come to your house usually mobile, and unlock the radio giving you the new code, over here it normally costs around £10.
Garages where you'd take your car for repair usually have all the info on this and will ask you to bring your car in when the computer/radio guy is due in, that's what I did.

I suspect you have been entering what you think the code is... trouble then is every time you put in a wrong code it will lock you out for longer each time... so your going to have to leave it for quite a while if this is the case, maybe over night.

I think your best bet is a local garage if you can't get any joy from the main dealer, or maybe someone else may come on who knows of another way to help .

Usually, acuras have an unlock code on the side of your glove compartment.

From the driver's seat, open the glove compartment, and you should be able to see the numbers.

The reset code is 26353
