I got a new home and after 3 years the AC started sounding like a faucet being filled with water and later started leaking. I change the filter regularly and do some low maintenance. What can it be? What do I do?

To start with what is leaking? Is it water? Is it coming from the inside coil?If so you have to clear the drain line out because it is plugged up.
