I was arrested for shoplifting at kohls dept. store in frisco Texas and they did no read me any rights. I was walking to my car and a man from kohls and a police officer took me to the office inside kohls and shut the door and were rude to me and also accused me of taking something the week before. They took me to jail but I was never read any rights. What do I do now

They don't have to read you your rights unless they want to question you. Is that what they did?? While being rude to you??

What you need to do is hire a good criminal lawyer.

They also are allowed to be rude to you.
