I own a painting of the race horse "Sword Dancer" with willie schumacher on the animal.The year is 1959 the horse is #9 it won the belmont I believe that year.The artist is Andree' Moss (female). The painting is oil, she painted the horse Kelso,and many more. She painted the DuPont family horses and animals also.The painting was bought by my grandfather who has passed. I can not find anything on this artist.All I have is a frayed part of an article with her picture,also stating that she had a studio in N.Y.I would appreciate any info or leads for info on her and if the painting is of value other than sentimental. Are you sure of the spelling of all the names involved? Because, I'm not finding anything either.
