I just got this beautiful gray pit and first two days she was great. Now she's sick. I live no where land and was wondering if anyone knew how to care for her. So I can give her what she needs until I can find a vet

She ate the past fews days fine but today hasn't eaten anything and she's been sleeping a lot and not eating anything. Before she threw up and it was yellow? What should I give her?

Eyes are glazed over, wobbly, and lathargic practically falling over Any ideas what this is about??
