    Slow-Motion
    BBT gone wild.
This is my first month of charting my cycle.. I need to know what is going on with my BBT

I didn't start charting BBT until CD7 where it was 96.8
    CD8 97.5
    CD9 96.7
    CD10 97.5
    CD11 96.1
    CD12 97.1
    CD13 97.5

What the hell is going on? I'm doing everything the same EVERYDAY.. One day I didn't wake up at 6am and took it at 10am but that was the lowest temp I've gotten... and I slept the same amount of time that night... Usually I go to bed around 11pm and wake up at 6am... That night I was baby sitting until 3am and got up at 10...

Why is my temp not going over 97.5? I get bored through out the day and check it and it'll be 98 something never higher then 98.4 and that was after working outside in 100 degree heat...

ANYWAY Has someone else had this problem?

They are consistent which is pretty normal... keep taking your temp and charting and see if you get an obvious increase... might happen in the next several days. You may or may not notice a slight drop first right before the increase. When you see the increase, and it stays elevated, this often means you likely ovulated right before the rise in temp. Your temp will fluctuate throughout the day that is why it is important to try and take it the same time each morning, before even getting out of bed. It can be frustrating, but keep in mind that it can take a few months of charting to see a pattern emerge. Temping and charting work very well for some women, but not for others. Hope you notice a change soon!
