Hi is me again , I just received a letter from Vermont ,that I need to send more probes, I really don't have more , I filled for divorce 2 days ago ,may I request to cancel this petition wait 3 months for my divorce ,and get married again with the father of my baby or they can deport me if I don't send this probes. You should have an attorney filed I-751 for you. At the moment, you need to submit proofs that you entered marriage in good faith. So anything will do from photos taken together with him, with his family, emails and letters that you sent to each other before you married, any mails or printed matters sent to you or to him or both at the same address, utilities bills with both your names on them, bank statement for joint account, etc.

Send as much as you could, do not withdraw the application at this point. If it's denied, you can get married to your baby's father and start filing I-485 again but you must have an attorney handled this matter for you.

You should disclose all information about your status. If USCIS found out later when you submit a new application with new spouse, that will implicate your situation. This is delicate issue and you don't want to make a mistake. Better consult immigration attorney in details.
