    1992 Civic Check Light (again)
I don't see how to respond to GreaseMonkey's answer, so I am posting another question.
I removed the connector from the MAP ASSY which I found on top of the intake. I measured the voltage from the yellow/red wire to ground as instructed. I found the full 5 volts. However, I was wondering if this is valid since the check light did not stay on and was acting normal. Should I wait for the check light to stay on again before measuring the voltage? If not, then what is the next step for the troubleshooting process?

    Thanks,

You need to perform the K-Test, when the CEL stays on. Your ECM may be in the process of failing, but it hasn't completely failed, yet.
