I used to watch a movie in the 80's while I lived in Germany. It was about these teenagers that go into this other world that was plumbing. And their was a man that ran it called the Master Blaster. I think it turned into Animation when they went to the other land. Stevie Wonder music was played throughout the movie (Jammin' through the Break of Dawn? )Please let me know if you can help! Thanks

There was a video series in the 80s called Kidd Video. The live kids were in a band, and in each episode the became animated and traveled to a different world. There record producers name is Master Blaster. He is evil and he is animated.
