Ive got this weird bump on my finger.. it doesn't hurt at all, unless I push on it hard with something. I've had it for a good amount of time, but less then a year. Its right on my ring finger in the middle section of it. Its fairly small and doesn't get in the way of me trying to do anything. I've got a pet peeve about it though so I picked at it a lot and I get it down to the point of it being level with my skin, and it grows back after a while.

I don't think it's a callous, but I do play guitar and my fingers rub on each other once in a while.

Any ideas?

Could be what they call a 'corn'. Kind of like a callus

Should I not be too worried about it then? I don't want to expect the worse and all.
