    Supervised visitation
Are there any places where I can send my son to visit his father with out me having to be present on the visit?

That's up to the court and the terms of supervised visits. You would have to check with them.

Are you Court-ordered to be present?

I don't understand why you would have to send your son someplace.

Thnak you for your quick responses
My son is only a year old,and does think a lot off his father, but so much has happened since I became pregnant with him,and I can no longer be with his father,we also have a 9 year old son who refuses too see his dad,he was extremely violent towards me and both my children were often present while there dad did these things, but the baby really adores him,and as much as I think he would be a bad role model for the baby,I'm also a believer in not banishing a father that actually wants something to do with their kids!
I can't be any where near him, none off my family members even talk to him,and his family such as his mother and sisters, don't get on with me and have notihing to do with me or my 2 boys since the baby was born.so I'm asking are there any places where absent parents can see there children on a weekly or monthy basis,as I really can't be around this man for my safety, but I do trust him with the kids, has always been a good dad,if you took the violence out of the equasion he would have been a " great dad"

You really didn't answer the questions. Did a court order supervised visits? Did the court define them?

You can ask the Court for supervised visitiation, explain the circumstances, and they will provide a location and a social worker or someone with training in these situations.

Other than that or a friendly, understanding relative on either side I don't know a solution. There is a Church in my area that provides what they call a "safe environment" for visitation but I know very little about the program.
