I've got 2 cd drives and only 1 "CD-IN" plug on MB Do I need to connect the audio both plugs from CD Drives to the board? If yes then is there a place to get a adopter or do I need to sodder it. Also would two into one be safe.

No, you don't need to connect both to the motherboard, you don't have to connect any if you don't want. That connector simply provides direct CD audio straight from the CD to the speakers. I wouldn't try to combine the two leads, just use one as a designated cd audio drive (if you use this feature at all)
