OK I came to amreica and I ova stayed my time lost my passport got it back but no visa in it , the i95 form is gone ,and I got married do I need the i95 card for my wife to file my papers for me

You will need to file a Form I-102 Application for Replacement/Initial Nonimmigrant Arrival/Departure Document. Fill out the form, make a copy for your records and mail it to address indicated on the form using registered mail/return receipt requested. Application fee is $320.
