My mother in law had a new bathroom vanity installed the pipe coming down from the vanity is 4" in diamater. The pipe coming out from the wall is 6". The contractor left it like that and the co-op board will not do anything about it because it isn't one of their registered contractors. What does she need to get to fix this. Thank you
