My best friends ex husband has filed to try and get custody of her two boys. She is an excellent mother! There is no abuse on either parents part and she is worried because she has no money to hire a lawyer but she does not want to loose her kids!HELP!

Without an attorney of course, esp if he has one, he does have a better chance, but he can also perhaps get joint custody
