I'm assuming that "fonjus" is fungus?. actually, I have no idea what "fonjus" is... as it appears on your mouth.

Dry mouth and "fonjus" (whatever it may be... if it's "fungus") isn't a symptom of having HIV.

HIV symptoms are very similar to having some sort of a flu... like

    Weight loss (RAPID weight loss)
    Coughing
    Fever
    Night sweats
    Fatigue
    Swollen lymph nodes
    Prolonged diarrhea
    White sores in the mouth/tongue/throat
Reddish/brownish blotches on the skin, mouth, nose, eyelids, etc.
    Some neurological symptoms

What you're currently describing seems to me like a side effect due to medication or diabetes. Are you currently on any new meds, antibiotics, etc?

Best thing to do is to get yourself checked again at a local clinic. No harm in doing so, I get myself checked every 6 months, just to be on the safe side.

Granted, HIV is very tricky, as some people go for a couple of years without knowing they have HIV... because your immune system is down, anything and everything can happen. It's not like certain ailments where the body HAS to do something. However, dry mouth and white patches... I'd definitely go for other things first before I go straight to HIV. Hope that makes sense.

Smoking DEFINITELY can cause dry mouth and white patches in the mouth.

The peeing a lot... could mean that you just drink a lot of water, coffee, tea... or it could also mean that you're diabetic.

Stress also does a number to your body... not to mention that you're also stressing about the possibility of having HIV... and I'm sure that's pretty stressful.

I'm not saying that you're COMPLETELY clean of HIV... there's a chance that you might have it, but your symptoms... I would check with other things first.

To be completely sure, go get another test. Usually, universities and other clinics have them for relatively cheap.

    Best.
