My 91 honda civic si turns over but does not start. It just cut off on me while crossing a intersection and won't cut back on. I have spark and fuel is being delivered correctly. I checked all my fuses and they are all fine also. My cam shaft isn't broken and the timing belt is still on. What else should I check?
I do not know if the timing is off. So could there be any other problems than timing?

Make sure the engine is getting all the air it needs. If you check the vacuum pressure that may turn up your problem.
