If I had a date with my wife for an interview for my green card and she neva showed up and because I know she wasn't going to show and I neva showed up either , then I remarried to some one else will this be a problem

If she does not show up, your application will be denied and if you marry someone else and your spouse files a petition for you, your case will immediately be assumed as a sham marriage or marriage for convenience. In most cases, the petition will be put on hold longer than other cases, you will be asked for additional proofs of relationship, etc.
