I'll be 16 in 2 days and I was just wondering if a 2001 chevy cavalier z-24 would be a good car for a beginer?

Is it free ? LOL just kidding. Actually an armored tank would be a good vehicle for a beginner. You should see my son's Sunfire, and he is 26.

As far as the car is concerned, the Cavalier is a pretty reliable little driver and is relatively cheap to maintain. They are by no means a sports car but are quite agile and handle quite well. They have more then enough power for day to day driving and if maintained properly should give years of use.

I have that very vehicle and both of my sons learned to drive on it and also used it for about a year before they bought their own first vehicles. I always considered it a safe and reliable vehicle and both of my boys like the car and enjoyed driving it.
