I have an Inventory File set up on Microsoft works and every time I try to print, it says out of memory. How do I get my file to print.
Questions:
- Is "it" MS Works, the Windows print subsystem, or printer?
- What Works version?
- What printer?
General things to explore for MS Works:
- Add physical memory to computer.
- Determine if file is corrupted, bad record, etc by printing decreasing subsets of entire print job until problem record is found.
- See "Out of Memory" error message when you print in Works.
General things to explore for Windows / printer:
- Increase computer and/or printer memory.
- Verify latest driver for printer installed.
- Print file in multiple print jobs.
- Adjust printer options to reduce memory requirement - vector/raster, resolution, page protection, print quality, etc.
Thanks for the input. I decided to convert everything to excel and everything is working fine. This file was the only one I had left in Microsoft Works. Again, Thanks
