    Could this be serious?
For A While Now I Have Been Experiencing Involuntary Movement. Like A Wobble Or Wiggle. At Firs I Thought Maybe Its Not Noticeable. But The Movement Is My Upper Body. Its Not Everyday, It Comes And It Goesat Times Can, Last From An Hour To All Day. I Really Never No When It Going to Start, I'll Be Good For Days Weeks. Then Ill Caught Myself, Getting The Wiggles, That What I Call It. There Ill Be Times When I No I Have It I Can Somewhat Control It But As Soon As I Let My Guard ( Pay Attention To Something Else), Some Times The Movement Is Really Mild And Other Times Is A little More Uncontrolable. . I Want To Make It Clear That I'm Not Like Sezuiring, But Now I Know It Hqas Got Noticeable Enough To Where My Boyfriend And Few Family Memebers That Have Noticed It At Times, Now Call Me Ms. Wiggles! What Could This Be?

    How old are you?
Do you eat a lot of junk food and diet sugar type stuff?

You really need to get diagnosed by the doctor to determine what is going on but in the meantime eat healthier and get good sleep and try and figure out what is different when you get to feeling like this.
