I have a Hunter ceiling fan which is about 8 years old however it doesn't get much use. It makes some noise at all speeds but at high, it really sounds off. All blades are tight, fan doesn't move, tight against the ceiling. Is a bearing perhaps or just time to toss it? I know its hard to answer without hearing it yourself, but no other way to describe it. Would a fan that new have an oil place? Thanks so much for your time... Dave Gale
