We have a 2 year old German Shorthair Pointer, spayed. She's high energy and can go for hours without rest. Every now and then she urinates while sleeping. She has been checked for UTI. What should be do next?

My mother had a German Shepherd, spayed, that always had this problem. Ended up to be hormonal and the dog took hormone pills her entire life.
