Hp is frezz up why is this

And why the lack of essential details? You know the situation, but all the rest of us can only guess !

What HP equipment are you talking about here ?
WHAT item is freezing up WHAT, and WHEN does that happen? ?
Is that a new problem? Did the equipment function properly in the past, or is it newly installed equipment ?
And what has it to do with Heating and Air Conditioning?

I do my best to reply questions posted here... You please provide the necessary details to allow me (and others) to do that...
