Do I have isass or Lsass?
Well, I did Ctrl+Alt+Del and started looking up the different processes it was running. By making the processes appear alphabetically, I found either isass or Lsass. The one above it starts with an I, but the one below it starts with a m. Because I have nothing in between them, it could be an I or l. The user name is SYSTEM and the memory it uses changes from around 1,600 to 900. If anyone knows an easy way to tell the difference, it would be very helpful. My operating system is Windows XP, and the hardware is Dell, in case it matters.

If you have only one, it is LSASS and is the Local Security Authority Subsystem Service that's part of Windows. If you have an ISASS process it is probably a virus. You shouldn't have both. I don't see why you can't tell - iIlL.

I do only have one, but the reason I couldn't tell is that, while on the internet, I and l are different, they look the same in the icons. But now I feel better about it. Thanks.
