When she found out I was going for child support she came back to get my daughter 13yr old . I live in lafayette In and she lives in another county the 14 yr old wants to stay along with the 18 yr old but I tired of playing the games can I file child abandonment or what can I do to stop this yo yo affect? ;) Go to protective services in your county to file or contact the children Services in your county. Also call the children services in her county and report her to them. The 18 year old is .on his own. He can stay where he wants but just continue to love him and help him/her through graduation. Children services will be so far up her rear she will have to open her mouth for them to breathe. I have been through this. God Bless and good luck:)

What you need to do is file for custody of the children. Even the 13 y/o if that's your choice. Go through the courts and make it legal. What is the current custody arrangement you have at this time ? At that hearing they will also issue child support orders of some kind. Once its decided then the ex has no choice and can't just come by and rip the kids from your home. Good Luck.
