Is it related to any food you eat?

I don't think it is related to any food but I just went today to get a ct scan so well see what that shows if it shows anything.Today is the third day of this particular episode and it seems to get worse if I eat or drink anything at all.

I think you suffer from acid stomach... your stomach is affected by what you eat or if your stressed or concerned about something, it then produces too much acid which results in pain. Try an indigestion liquid when you feel the need and let it be the very last thing you put in your stomach at night.

Gaviscon advance is very good, be sure and get the aniseed flavour though. You can also buy a cheaper brand in your local supermarket that is equally effective.

The pain is mostly located in my pelvic area but when I move a certain way I can feel it in my upper stomach.

I gave the same pains in my lower abdomen, I have had the pains for a couple of days now after something very tragic has happened, every time I try to eat I feel like I'm just going though throw it back up, does any one know the reason for this?

No but my husband seems to be suffering the same type of symptoms. Can man get cramps? I believe it is stress related and could very well be stomach ulcers. Do u constantly want to go to the toilet for number 2 and struggle? Could a mild laxative fix it maybe?
