I used to always watch this movie with a round, floating witch that had tube-like fingers that she could shoot magic or fire out of. The witch was kind of creepy looking and I really think the movie had unicorns in it? It is driving me crazy that I can't remember the title and searches online have lead me nowhere. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!:)
