Ok, 600 calories isn't eating right, you are eating about half of what you should be. Will you be able to eat twice what a normal person does when you get pregnant? You will be eating for two, and now you are eating for half a person. You need to discuss this with your doctor. It could be an issue.

Also, how long have you been trying?

Wow, only 600 calories? You have NOT beat anorexia, it still has it's iron grip on you. You need to understand that when and if you get pregnant you will need at LEAST 3, 000 calories a day. Yes, that's right three THOUSAND.

First, before even considering pregnancy, you need to get yourself healthy, physically and emotionally.

J_9 is absolutely correct. She is a nurse, so I'm sure she's seen this before, and to be more specific she is a labor and delivery nurse, so she knows what it requires to have a healthy pregnancy. If you need additional advice, she will be the one to turn to. Or your own doctor.

As others have said, 600 calories a day is far to little to maintain a healthy body, let alone a healthy pregnancy. However, I think 3,000 calories is on the high side.
Generally women will need between 1600-2000 calories a day to maintain their current weight... pregnancy really only increases that intake by a few hundred a day. You are not really eating for two as in a meal for you and a meal for baby... although some days your appetite may go in that direction!

If you start underweight, then you will benefit from eating a bit more... if you start overweight you would be wise to not overdo it in pregnancy. Average suggested weight gain is now roughly 20-40 pounds depending on which end of the spectrum you may fall.

As J_9 suggested, most definitely get the help that would allow you to start as healthy as possible before becoming pregnant. With what little you are taking in, you will find yourself becoming very deficient as baby will take from you, and you will have a difficult time maintaining a healthy pregnancy and baby.

Nature often has a way of making some decisions for you... you may be having periods and may even be ovulating... which is surprising... but your body knows it is not where it needs to be to support a pregnancy at this time.
