I have been seeing someone for 2 1/2 years now. Everything about him is great... execpt for his ex. They have a son who is 2. They were not together when we started seeing each other. He had left her when she was 6 months pregnant because he caught her cheating on him. Now she wants him back and is doing everything in her power to get him. She sends him nasty text messages, pictures and emails. She tries to stay at his house all the time claiming that he can't take care of his son by himself. She has posted letters in my neighborhood about me, she makes threating phone calls, and now she is telling him that as long as we are together he cannot see his son she also has put him in jail. It's the only thing that we fight about, but it is very big. If I confront her, he is mad at me because she won't let him see his son but its OK that she calls and harassed me? I can't take it anymore, I love him but I can't deal with her. He has no problem telling me if he's upset yet he cowers to her. Should I just leave him? I don't think things are going to change.:(

Maybe you should rethink this own relationship because it seems there will always be drama created by his baby mother causing baby moma drama. You don't need it and if you continue to stay tou would have to deal with it. For your own piece of mind I think you should leave but that my opinon. She is using the child to be with him which is wrong but that's what some mothers do and see no harm nor wrong in it.

First of all she should not be using her son for her games.
Sounds like she is the type to bad talk daddy when he gets older. As long as he puts up with it his son will be taught to hate him one day. I am sure he isn't looking at that.
He can go to the family court and let them know that she is not following the visitation order if they have one. If they don't have one then he needs to file for one.

Most guys that I know of that tell their girlfriend to basically stay out of it will letting their x call all the shots usually end up losing the girlfriend because in essence he IS choosing HER over you.

Until he stands up to her and gets a court order for joint custody and visitations nothing is going to change. He also should get a restraining order on her if possible.
