I did a stupid thing again. I had shoplifted around 3 or 4 years ago and had gotten caught. I had to go to court and they had offered me the Diversion program. I am 23 now. I don't know what prompted me to do it again. When the police officer did a background check they did not see a record. So when I go to court in a month from now, will they offer me a second chance at the Diversion program? Or will they able to see that I have already had a go at it?

You may get that second diversion if the first diversion was when you were a minor. If you were not a minor, then all bets are off you getting a second chance at diversion. I think it's one to a customer.
