    Mobile home pressure washing
How much should I charge to pressure wash single and double wide mobile homes? I'm using a 2800 psi commercial use pressure washer, powered by a 6.5 hp honda motor...
(and I do use pressure washing cleaner also)

    Thanks,

    Devon

Usually the going rate for single wides is anywhere from $100 to $150 depending on how dirty the home is. The rate for a double would be from $150 to $200 depending on how dirty the home is. Be sure your pressure is not set too high as you don't want to damage the vinyl siding or the metal sheeting depending on the home's exterior materials. You can use the pressure washing cleaner so long as it is compatible with vinyl siding. Be sure to give estimates before the job so there is no argument that the bill is too high.

Where is the location where you will be doing this kind of work? It would be helpful to know that because the prices will vary greatly depending on where the work is to be done. You might be undercharging or overcharging people because of blanket answers that you might get here without knowing where you will be doing the work.

    Thanks!
