    How long is the entire process for a home to go through foreclosure in south Florida from the time your lender serves court papers.

    According to : Florida Foreclosure Laws, the entire process takes 135 days.

    There are actually companies that will work with you for free to buy your mortgage away from your mortgage company and avoid your foreclosure. I would advise looking into this first.
