When I turn on my kitchen faucet it makes a humming noise, but when I use the sprayer it stops.
Help, It's driving me crazy!

Is it both cold and hot or only one ?

It's a single handle and it does it on hot and cold...

Looks like you have a loos washer in one of the angle valves under the sink, lets do this close one S/O valve hot or cold and check the open side then do the other one see if the problem is one side or both, Thanks.

Does it on both hot and cold...

Lets do the easy step first, Shut off water to the angle valves, remove the stem from the angle valve check for dirt and check the washer at the end for loose ness if you can replace them is even better install them and check if it is OK now, if this wouldn't help you will need to remove the cartridge take it to any plumbing supply and buy one, before you install the cartridge open the Shut off valve for a second to flush the debris, good luck.
