Can't seem to get the 2 screws out of the ICM so I can replace?
Do I need to pull the whole dist. out? To get to them?

That's what I did on mine--it makes it easier. Then, you can do a great job of going over everything; e.g. cleaning the connectors with 240 grit abrasive cloth, lightly coating the male connectors with silicone grease, and crimping the female connectors, if necessary with a pair of pliers, to ensure they are tight.

Prior to removal, mark distributor housing and mounting bracket, with an awl and straightedge, to ensure timing is not disturbed very much upon installation.
