I have a toro auto drive that will not turn off when the handle is released. Any suggestions?

Probably a small black wire (the kill wire) has come loose by the carb. Watch the handle and see what it activates. There probably is a small tab that comes in contact with the handle mechanism.

The black wire is probably disconnected.
