Please I'm looking forward for some help...

Someone in my office have either deleted or forwarded the emails from the gmail account to some other account... but the thing is that those emails are no more there... so please please please help me out to get those emails back... they are really really so important for me... I need to recover those emails anyhow... otherwise I'm :( so please help me out man...

If they have been deleted from Gmail then there ISN'T any hope to recover them at all.
Once e-mail is deleted from web based services it is GONE for good.
