It depends on incom. Unless there is no income or the person works off commissions (so it is hard to figure a set pay amount but is generally low) then the state minimum will be issued which is different in each state but around $45 a week is right about average for the states that I do know.

Each state has a forumla based on varoius incomes. And even then often more can be asked for if there is a standard of living issue in some cases
