    Furnace blower doesn't work
I have York furnace/air conditioner-they are three years old. When I try to turn on the air conditioner, I hear a click sound but the blower doesn't kick in. I also tried to turn on the furnace fan to circulate air, but the fan doesn't kick in either. Can I reset the fan/blower or will I need a new one.

Chances are a 3-year old furnace would not need replacement. Most likely, the problem will be something minor.

The click you hear might be the thermostat itself. If the blower doesn't come on, that might be a sign of no power--check the circuit breaker panel and see if any breakers have tripped.

If that doesn't do the trick, I'd ask friends for recommendations for a furnace (or HVAC) repairman. Service calls are expensive, but a lot less than a new unit!

    Hope this helps,
