How can I update my already installed outdated avg antivirus without connecting to internet?
I have update files which are downloaded from internet.

The procedure is a little different depending on your version of AVG.

I am using AVG 8.0 free adition. Also I have bin file for update. But I don't know the procedure to update it.

From their website:

If you want to update AVG 8.0 Free Edition from local storage (CD, directory on HDD, USB Flash disc) you can do it this way:

• Open AVG User Interface
• From top menu "Tools" select "Update from directory" option
• Navigate to the folder where AVG update files are stored and click "OK"
