    Hi, Not sure how this works but I have a simple question. I am a pa resident but worked in Ny and am filing an IT-203.My preparer didn't give me the address to mail it to and he is out of town for a couple of weeks. Anyone know where to send it?

    1. If you worked in NY, you must file NY tax return.
    2. If you are resident of PA, you must also file PA tax return.
    Read this to make sure you are filing correct tax return:
    Your U.S. Tax Return: Working or Living in Two or More states

    The address is ON the Form IT-203. It is:

    STATE PROCESSING CENTER, PO BOX 61000, ALBANY NY 12261-0001
