My sister plans on moving out of State "Virginia" next month and leaving her 17 year old son .
He is in 11th grade.At the moment she lives in a different county with boyfriend.She tends to move around a lot.We the rest of the family have always been there to help out paying rent food etc. His older sister 24 years old would like to take care of him and keep in school With our help.At the moment his school records indicate his mother lives in our county . She does not plan on telling school she is leaving him. What do we need to do to keep him in this school/ can his sister get some kind of custody? Please help thanks
