My son recently returned home after 2.5 years away and needed a 2nd chance. After 9 weeks he has not done anything we asked and we need to have him move out. He is 29 and has no apparent desire to look for Legitimate job. When we ask him to move... he just stays. What are the options?

Give him a written notice to move, if he does not, file in housing court for an eviction
